Blackjack Is Like A Roller Coaster

Blackjack is a game that reminds me somewhat of a roller coaster. It’s a game that starts off slowly, but gradually gains speed. As you ramp up your profit, you feel as though you are getting up to the top of the coaster and then when you least expect it, the bottom drops out.

Blackjack is so similar to a roller coaster the similarities are spooky. As is the case with the popular amusement park experience, your blackjack game will peak and things will be going well for a while before it bottoms out again. Of course you have to be a black jack player that can adjust well to the ups … downs of the game because the game of black jack is choked full of them.

If you like the mini coaster, one that cannot go too high or fast, then bet small. If you find the only way that you can enjoy the roller coaster ride is with a fatter bet, then jump on for the rollercoaster ride of your life on the monster coaster. The high-roller will love the view from the monster wild ride because he/she is not considering the drop as they rush headlong to the top of the game.

A win goal and a loss limit works well in blackjack, but very few bettors adhere to it. In blackjack, if you "get on the rollercoaster" as it is going up, that is an amazing feeling, but when the cards "go south" and the coaster begins to toss and turn, you had better get out in a hurry.

If you don’t, you may not necessarily remember how much you enjoyed the view while your bank roll was "up". The only thing you will remember is a lot of uncertainties, an amazing ride and your head in the air. As you are recounting "what ifs", you won’t easily recount how "high up" you went but you will always remember that mortifying fall as clear as day.
