Blackjack Is Like A Rollercoaster
Blackjack is a game that brings to mind an image of a wild ride. It’s a game that starts out slowly, but gradually gains speed. As you ramp up your bankroll, you feel as though you are slowly getting to the top of the coaster and then when you least expect it, the bottom drops.
Blackjack is so much like a roller coaster the similarities are astounding. As is the case with the popular fairground ride, your blackjack game will peak and things will appear as though they are going well for awhile before it bottoms out yet again. You have to be a bettor that shall be able to readjust to the ups … downs of the game especially given that the game of black jack is packed full of them.
If you like the little coaster, a coaster that will not go too high or fast, then bet small. If you find the only way that you can enjoy the roller coaster ride is with a much bigger wager, then hop on for the ride of your life on the monster coaster. The high roller will love the view from the monster wild ride because they are not thinking about the drop as they rush head first to the top of the game.
A win goal and a loss limit works well in blackjack, but very few bettors adhere to it. In blackjack, if you "get on the rollercoaster" as it’s going up, that is awesome, but when the cards "go south" and the coaster starts to flip and turn, you had better get out in a hurry.
If you don’t, you may not necessarily recollect how much you enjoyed the view while your profit was "up". The only thing you will remember is a lot of uncertainties, a wicked ride and your head in the clouds. As you are reminiscing on "what ifs", you won’t remember how "high up" you went but you will naturally remember that catastrophic fall as clear as day.
