I have bet on countless of rounds of vingt-et-un. I started working my way into the casinos when I was 16. When you are hot your hot, and when you are not you are NOT!
I play basic strategy vingt-et-un. When I do not win I bet the lowest amount allowed on the next hand. If I do not win again I wager the lowest amount allowed on the next hand again etc. As soon as I win I take the payout paid to me and I bet the initial bet again. If I win this hand I then leave the winnings paid to me and now have double my original bet on the table. If I succeed again I take the payout paid to me, and if I succeed the next hand I leave it for a total of 4 times my original bet. I keep wagering this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I do not win I return the action back down to the original amount.
I am very disciplined and never "chicken out". It gets extremely thrilling sometimes. If you win a few hands in series your wagers go up very quick. Before you realize it you are betting $100-200per hand. I have had awesome runs a couple of times now. I departed a $5 table at the Wynn a couple of years back with $750 after 20 minutes using this technique! And a number of months ago in Macau I left a table with $1200!

Leave $10 paid to you for a total bet of 20 dollar
Wager twenty dollar
Take twenty dollar paid to you, leave the first 20 dollar bet
Bet $20
Leave twenty dollar paid to you for a total bet of $40
Wager $40
Take forty dollar paid-out to you, leave the first 40 dollar bet
Bet $40
Leave 40 dollar paid to you for a total wager of $80
Wager $80
Take $80 paid to you, leave the initial $80 wager
Bet $80
Leave 80 dollar paid to you for a total wager of $160
Wager one hundred and sixty dollar
Take 160 dollar paid to you, leave the original 160 dollar bet
If you departed at this instance you would be up $315 !!
It’s hard to go on a streak this long, but it will happen. And when it does you can’t deviate and drop your bet or the end result won’t be the same.
