I have bet on millions of hands of chemin de fer. I started working my way into the casinos when I was sixteen. I have wagered on online blackjack, I have counted cards, and worked as part of a team for a short time. Given all that I have still spent a lot of cash at vingt-et-un. The gambling dens have made it nearly impossible to beat the game.
I still enjoy the game and wager on a regular basis. Over this time period I have gambled on a type of chemin de fer called "The Take it Leave it Method". You most certainly will not get flush with this method or defeat the house, nonetheless you will experience a lot of fun. This method is built on the fact that vingt-et-un appears to be a game of runs. When you’re hot your on fire, and when you’re not you are NOT!
I wager with basic strategy chemin de fer. When I don’t win I bet the lowest amount allowed on the subsequent hand. If I lose again I wager the table minimum on the subsequent hand again etc. As soon as I hit I take the payout paid to me and I bet the original wager again. If I win this hand I then keep in play the winnings paid to me and now have double my original wager on the table. If I win again I take the winnings paid to me, and if I win the next hand I leave it for a total of 4 times my original bet. I continue wagering this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I do not win I lower the wager back down to the original amount.
I am very strict and never back out. It gets extremely fun sometimes. If you win a few hands in series your bets go up very fast. Before you know it you are gambling $100-200per hand. I have had awesome streaks a few times now. I left a $5 table at the Luxor a couple of years back with $750 after 35 mins using this tactic! And a few months ago in Las Vegas I left a game with $1200!
You must understand that you can give away much faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more thrilling. And you will be aghast at the runs you witness wagering this way. Here is a chart of what you would bet if you kept winning at a 5 dollar table.

Take $80 paid to you, leave the first eighty dollar wager
Bet 80 dollar
Leave eighty dollar paid to you for a total wager of $160
Bet one hundred and sixty dollar
Take one hundred and sixty dollar paid to you, leave the original 1 hundred and sixty dollar wager
If you departed at this instance you would be up 315 dollar !!
It is iffy to go on a streak this long, but it can happen. And when it does you mustn’t alter and drop your wager or the end result won’t be the same.
